just joined the group. I am a metal and sculptor located in Penetang Ontario. I am trying to grow my business and would like to begin selling online through my websites and venue's such as ETSY. I am wondering how people ship larger pieces of work, and how they anticipate shipping costs. I've included a link to two pieces I've just made to use as an example, a garden fairy and a sailboat. Any advice and help would be appreciated. As well I'm looking for gallery's to show my work.
Thanks in advance.
As far as Etsy, for larger work you would want to make sure there is a TRACKED option - so you can pack the item well with lots of bubble wrap and your buyer can track the package if necessary. Canada Post has a great guide for shipping depending on weight and size of the package.
