Hey there!I'm a pretty new silver smith! I have just started up a little work bench of my own and I bought the EZ torch. It has been working really well the last few months, but this week the flame has started to surge and sputter. Originally trained as an interior designer, my education as a studio jeweller is a combination of things I've taught myself and learned through workshops/course work.
Share some of your career highlights or goals.
I'm a wire artist/instructor who has been creating jewellery for more than 20 years. I'm the host of an online video course called The Tao of Wire (http://thetaoofwire.com)
I have taught at George Brown College, Haliburton School of the Arts and at workshops held in Canada and USA. From In addition to being a member of MAGC (Past President 2006-10, Editor 2007-13), I am member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
I'm very proud to have had work included in the MAGC exhibition: MAGC 2067: Crafting the Future.
