We met @ the MAG workshop last month, but I don't think I told you my name.Thx again for re-inspiring me to get back into the ethics of our trade.I got frustrated when I got back to Canada from Europe and went to school.. so I forgot about it, not really but it was hard to find people to connect with..Pls let me know if you ever need help with anything, I would love to help out in any way I can.

Hi Shoshana,
I just wanted to touch base with you about the idea of starting up a Group or maybe a Forum category for the ethical/environmental aspects of the jewellery business. I can easily create the Forum listing and post the first post about the Maker's symposium and the information you gave us. The Forum allows anyone to read and respond to the discussion. As such it is up to the original creator of a discussion to follow it and respond to others. As a member of the site you could create a post in the Ethical/Metals Forum category or a Group for people to join. If you do create a Group then you would be the moderator of the group - essentially you would have to give it a little love and attention to make sure people's questions or comments were answered. Let me know how you would like to proceed with this, maybe we could also discuss the possible models for power purchasing from Hoover and Strong?
Thanks - for the symposium and for all of your research!
